why cant i change tracks, foe=rward or rewind on the music playlist ? every basic set has this feature!

You can't forward or rewind. You can however skip tracks. I use these earbuds with two different android devices and I have never had a problem. Are you long-pressing (holding) the + and - buttons to skip to the next or previous track?

Does this have any voice command features or vibrate if you get any notifications? If so, to what extent? Thank you!

No it does not have any voice command features. just the basic wireless headphones for working out and listening to music

Looking for a pair to wear running. Can anyone tell me if these cut out listening to music if line of site isn't perfect between phone and headset?

I am not quite sure what you are referring to regarding the "line of site". I do carry my phone in my pocket and walk around my house/work with the headset on. If I leave my phone on my desk or on a shelf, I can walk anywhere within my office/room (10' x 15'). If I am more than 25-30 feet away from my phone the sound begins to break up. So I can't go very far outside of the office/room and still hear the music, and closing the door behind me as I leave the office/room decreases that distance substantially. So the answer to your "line of site" question is probably, yes they will cut out. Overall, I'd not recommend these earphone for any rigorous exercise. They would be fine for walking or normal daily activity. I don't think that Jabra intended them for exercise (or sports). Jabra has a number of headsets for exercise. You might check their website for details. Generally, I've found the prices to be much lower on Amazon, but the product details better explained on the Jabra website. Hopefully this is helpful. Not really a question, but I get your gist. Hold down the middle button until you hear a series of tones. You can also hold down the button until the blue light flashes and the red light turns on and then off again. The red light turning off indicates the system is off.
