It felt cool, but never cold enough to offer any relief to me. Bought it for pain relief during a long flight, but it doesn't get cold enough.

I didn't expect this to work so well, but it definitely left me pleased. Can't speak to the price as I don't know what goes into making it, but seems it could be a bit cheaper. But still, it's a good value for someone who is going to make use of it. I can throw it in a coat pocket so very portable. Easy to use. It's a few inches thick. Battery life seems decent for what it does. Yes it does get both hot and cold on the same surface. There's a fan on the back that I'm guessing needs to be left open, so I wouldn't get it if you're putting it under you in bed or something (unless you can create some space around the fan)

I would like it to have a bigger internal battery but thai is only a minor issue. It does help with my knee pain for which i m getting physical therapy. Also would like to find direct replacement bands for when the included ones wear out.

Soooooo glad I took a chance and bought this heating pad! We are a heating pad family (it’s a bit expensive to be honest) you have a back ache, tummy ache, craps, bad day, any of it we are offering you a heating pad lol. I have always bought the more expensive Sunbeam ones and they burn out over time. When it came time to replace it I tried this one because it was cheaper and Amazon was running a discount that made it even more affordable so I thought why not. I am sooooo glad I did. This heating pad is so much softer, more comfortable and gets hotter than the ones I had been buying in the past.

I got this massager and couldn’t believe my eyes . How does this small device works as a heater or a small ice box . You just turn it on then choose cold or hot side . When the temperature climbs up as a heater or falling down freezing i couldn’t believe my eyes so i brought my Klein tool to measure the temperature on both sides . I got like 103 on a hot surface and 53 on a cold surface. How that can happened . Its lower than split unit supply temp which is set at 60 . Im very happy with it and really chilling my skin or heating my bones when the really painful.

I have tried many of these belts this on is high on the scale of pain relief. I have metastatic cancer on my bones so my pain is intense. I would recommend that you get an extra battery or two otherwise you are waiting on a battery to charge. I wish the batteries would last longer. But all of that being said this a very good product.
