Amazing laptop
Absolute beast of a laptop. It is the best laptop I ever owned. Build quality is amazing and the case is full aluminium. The CNC logo on the lid adds a nice touch. It looks great closed or open. The OLED screen is second to none, and it is great to type on. The touchpad is also quite nice. The battery life is great for such a powerful CPU. It plays many games that you would not expect an iGPU to be able to play. The ratio of the display is the old fashioned 16:9 which is very good for media consumption and gaming, as it does not have to display black bars like on 16:10 or 3:2 displays. The CPU and GPU generate a bit of heat but the cooling system is very adequate. 10/10 for the price

Great all-rounder!
Upgraded my old laptop to this one and absolutely love it. It's a great size and weight. So far, it hasn't been blowing loudly. It's far quieter than my previous Lenovo. As a writer, the keyboard is very comfortable and responsive. I can write for hours. The screen is lovely: crisp and colourful. My model does not have a touchscreen but I don't need one. Overall, really enjoying this small yet mighty machine! Can't wait to travel with it.

Zenbook s16 Oled. Performance with style and Sophistication!
Stunning laptop combined with superb performance and graphics! Delivered in equally exquisite packaging. Real style and sophistication! The only negative for me has nothing to do with the laptop itself but concerned Windows update failures souring an otherwise great experience to date. Obviously that affects any laptop. 10 out of 10 for the laptop!

If It Worked Correctly, It Would Be a Great Laptop
Let's start with the positives. It's a good-looking laptop, which is thin and light. Screen is excellent, with rich realistic colours. The AMD AI 9 365 processor, with 32 GB of RAM, is very snappy, and more than capable of running video editing software programs such as DaVinci Resolve, and light gaming. On battery, it's virtually silent when running light programs. It also runs very cool. The negatives. It claims to have up to 14 hours of battery life, however, this is based on things like watching a video with the Wi-Fi turned off, at its lowest screen brightness. In reality, 6 to 8 hours, is a more realistic figure when doing normal light tasks. When the laptop is connected to a power source, the fans spin up, even when just using a web browser. Is not noisy by any means, but you can definitely hear it. I suspect it's something the do with fast charge, which creates too much heat. When the screen is set to 120 Hz, which is the default setting when it's plugged into the mains, the screen occasionally blinks/flickers. This problem was improved via a BIOS and graphics card update, however, these updates created even more problems. The laptop then constantly crashed, i.e. the blue screen of death, especially when running demanding programs. I've also read another review, stating that the laptop constantly crashes, therefore it may not be an isolated problem, but either a hardware or software problem with this particular laptop. In the end, I had to return the laptop. It's a shame, because it's got great specs, at a reasonable price.

A decent, small, laptop for the price with a couple of caveats...
I bought this as a replacement for an old Dell workhorse laptop I'd used for 5 years (to the point the paint was flaking off the keys). I wanted a small, light, portable machine. I was attracted to the OLED screen and the 90hz refresh rate (with concerns over a glass, rather than matte display). Fortunately the screen is eye searingly bright and can usually overcome reflections by sheer force of luminescence. It is highly reflective, so I would pause if you're thinking of using this in an office with a lot of artificial overhead lighting. The 90hz refresh rate is nice. I am less convinced on the colour tone to the screen, which seems slightly odd. it's hard to put into words, it has a slightly cold feel to it, even on Vivid and other settings. You might see reviews in this range bemoan a digitizer problem on a lot of Asus mid range laptops - this one has no touchscreen, so isn't plagued by the fuzzy black dot finish you get on a lot of Asus on screen digitizers. Overall it is a beautiful screen, for sure, but it does have a certain tone to it that I find a bit unpleasant. So much so, that swapping to my other gaming laptop with an IPS screen isn't the downgrade I thought it would be (it feels more "different" rather than inferior). YMMV of course. The general feel of the chassis is solidly midrange. The keyboard is fine, the backlight slightly annoying (as at normal viewing angles you can see the under key lights). I'm also not a fan of the half height Return key. But it's generally responsive and feels well put together. What is less good is the material the laptop is made out of that attracts fingerprints and smears very readily - so the chassis often looks like it's just come out of a chip shop. It is nice and thin - though not as thin as an LG Gram or something like that. The PSU is fairly small, and a decent length. It can charge via either one of the USB 3 ports. Performance is reasonable. It can be noisy on battery unless forced into the Quiet profile. On battery is where it's happiest, where it runs cool, quiet and for a reasonable period of time. Think 4+ hours maybe 5 if you're not doing anything very demanding. It's a decent commuting laptop. It's not entirely happy on a lap as the vents point directly down and will slowly cook your thighs (as well as not doing the laptop any good). The sound is worthy of note - the speakers fair crank out some volume, and sound good for such a thin laptop. Overall, for about 500 quid, you could do a lot worse.

Fast, with a great OLED screen
It's early days yet but this is looking good. This review is probably of limited value to most people as I don't use MS Windows. I installed openSUSE Linux, which is very fast on this laptop. I need to do photo editing, so the 32GB of RAM are mandatory as is the 1TB SSD. The OLED screen is very good with an excellent gamut - again necessary for photos. The GPU is pretty good as well. I have yet to see how well the battery lasts but there is no excessive heat build up so it's looking promising.

Best laptop I've ever owned.
Very nice laptop, lightweight, extremely fast, amazing screen and audio. Not listed as a 'Gaming' PC, but the on board video is enough to play my steam games better than my steam deck! (Bioshock Remastered, it takes 2, split fiction). Nothing bad so far, though not sure just how long the battery does last, I need to use the laptop a bit more to confirm. Confusing advert, all documentation listed for 15.6" screen, but ordering options only for S14 or S16 version. I can confirm that I received the 15.6" screen on the S14 option.

Great Value AI PC Despite Minor Hiccups
I have not thoroughly tested it. See some hiccups with Japanese menu, fixed it already. But then why I rated 5 stars? 2 things: 1) Config: Ryzen AI 9 365 + 32 GB RAM, and 2) Price. I am pretty sure you can't find this price elsewhere. I turned it on, it works fine. As mentioned, not tested it thoroughly, but for the reasons above, it is 5 stars. If you are looking for a new AI PC and do not want to give £1000+ for a similar config, look nowhere. If you look for a perfect laptop with hardware and software both perfect, you should check it yourself if it fits.
