Using it for nearly a year, it's quite good. Keeps beverage warm for nearly 5/6 hours 👍🏻 Build quality is also clever and good.

Pathetic quality of the product and even after requesting for the refund..the product was not picked up by the executive but he himself showed it as picked up done and till date I have not received my refund.

product quality is great but the tap is eo tight to open qnd use better give alternative tap type option like we get in water filters

Inner Vacuum flask do not retain temperature
1) 1st time order found inner vacuum flask rupture. 2) 2nd time order found water don't retain hotness for atleast 2 hours.
