After 7 days use I am writing this review 1)Best Network Repitation 2)Good Sound Quality 3)Detachable Atena 5)Display also Good 6)FM also good 1)Built quality is not very good Cheap plastic material used 2) battery capacity low 3)Customer Care representative have no idea about how to set GPRS Service on this phone 4) no call recording Overall this is best phone for low network area if network is very weak then i recommend buy wired antenna for better signal Note:- if you have good signal area and want Good quality phone then go for Motorola

I like the product but i bought it on 1.6.2022 but now the phone is not ringing when we call. Is there a warranty

I bought this phone based on good reviews. It worked as expected for about 4 months and suddenly stopped working. Phone stopped recognizing the SIM card all of a sudden. The same SIM card works just fine in another phone and was tested in at least two different phones. It is the unit that no longer recognizes the SIM in either SIM slot (the phone has two SIM slots.) This is a very poorly made product and is just not worth the hassel. Their customer support is 100% unresponsive and won't help at all. Local repair stores can't fix the phone either. DON'T BUY THIS PRODUCT.

Till now phone is working good, radio is good and some extra options like text messages, alarm, call logs, phone book is good.. Sound quality is not satisfactiory.

I'm using this product in a hostel / boarding from 2 years. Good product, Value for money, can be trusted.

It has been a month and this is for my handicapped senior mother. So far no issues and she is happy.
