I’ve used this for almost a year. So convenient. They did however change the taste and it has a medicine taste to it. So much so I thought I had a bad batch or different flavor. But I’ve read they changed the taste on an update. Keep working on it. It’s not pleasant.

It comes in nice packaging and overall satisfied with what it offers at this price point. These are great supplements for increasing immunity, bone health and helping with sleep.
