I use this for my Hyundai Ioniq and it works really well after 9 months. Multiple amps settings but I use 40amps for the car. Would recommend.I don’t use the app that one can use with it as I don’t have any use for the separate charger app from the vehicle app.

Bought product in Feb 2025 stopped working in Sept 2025 no support from seller.Did all resets and had electrical checked by electrician at my home. Product says ready as it always has but car charger lights just turns red.

The charger stopped working after the return deadline. After spending an hour trying to find out if the charger was still under warranty and if I could get it replaced, I found a manufacturer’s chat representative that had a fix for the problem that I would need to try before they would discuss a replacement. The fix didn’t appear to be anything that would possibly work, but I decided to give it a try. The problem was that the unit says that it is connecting to the vehicle but never does connect. The fix is to place a large flat-blade screwdriver under the locking catch and pry it up. Well, it worked and now it’s charging again. Also, I want to mention that after I wrote the first review which clearly pointed out that I didn’t like the charger, the seller apologized and offered me a full refund, which I didn’t take.

Excellent EV charger with a thick quality cable Love the fact that it has WiFi and can be monitored/controlled by a APP. But it’s also super easy to select the available amps or delay the charging directly on the device by pressing one button. Wish the cord would be even longer but that’s only because we park outside and the 40amp outlet is on the other end.

I got this Level 1 / 2 charger to give me the flexibility to use 20 amp, 30 amp or 50 amp plugs that you find at RV parks, I have a 2024 Wrangler 4xe as our tow vehicle behind our RV for several months at a time. So now I have one charging plug that can be connected to a variety of outlets. I have used this on my 20 amp circuit in my garage. It charges faster than my factory charger that is limited to 12 amps, drawing up to 15 amp on a 20 amp circuit.I did exchange a few emails with the company about using this on 30 amp plugs in addition to the 50 amp it has and the standard adaptor it comes with. They told me all I needed was a 50 amp to 30 amp adaptor. I have yet to test it on a 30 amp or 50 amp circuit, but it seems like a great option for those that need the flexibility to use one charging cord with different types of outlets.The things that need improvement...The device only reports temperatures in Centigrade (as every other country in the world uses), so you need to do the conversion to Fahrenheit. So that is disappointing for the US market.The Smart Life app it connects with does not give a lot of information from the device. I was hoping for some reporting but the device does not provide that to the app. I can watch how the charging is going, like how many amps are being pushed to the Jeep at a given time. That is nice to track the charging remotely.

This level 2 is very fast charging. It is so simple to setup and use.The quality is extremely high. The looks and design is futuristic.Cable doesn't get too hot and is thick and good quality.Works well and perfect cord length too.Great value overall.

Like many of the other reviews on here, it worked until it didn't. I bought it in October 2024. It's now September 2025 and it will no longer charge my vehicle...

Super nice quality and love that it has 40amp current rating and is adjustable. I have a Tesla model 3 and CyberTruck and 40amp current will charge CyberTruck full in 8 hours I think. The cord is long so it’s nice and it comes with an adapter to connect to regular power socket. It’s amazing I would recommend!
