A book no less than a master class

It’s an amazing book that every Manager and especially people in transition should read. It not only shares insights to transition challenges but proven approaches which makes the content unique!!

First 90 days are most crucial to prove effectiveness of a leader and this book is very helpful...

Good book but a slight dent in the corner of the book resulting in tearing of cover page. Delivery guy didn't brougt card swipe machine.. It was inconvenient.

After reading the book I realized how much more I could have done in my role transitions, and how it could have helped me overcome some of the challenges that I actually faced. It is a good read for anyone planning to do a job or role transition, with clear call for actions (some of which can be very obvious, but still missed largely.)

The book is well structured with many actionable points. Maybe it is more targeted at senior and upper management, nonetheless, many lessons can be learned for middle managers on how to help their boss to achieve their respective targets and play a pivotal role in it.

This is a great resource with tremendous insight for starting at a new position. Some of the content isn't applicable to a church situation, but much of it is. It is well laid out with clear questions and practical steps. I'd highly recommend it.
