I'm not sure if these Bariatric Vitamins provide the essentials that you need post - surgery, because I had to throw them away before my Annual Bariatric Checkup and Lab Work appointments. The shipment packaging and bottle safety seals arrived intact, without any visible tampering. But when I opened the bottle, I was first hit with a Rancid Smell. Then I noticed that some of the capsules were Broken, so the Liquid Vitamin Contents covered every capsule in the bottle. It appears that the Capsule itself is the same type used for Powdered Content, not Liquid. And maybe the Shell deteriorated, causing them to leak? I believe it would be best if the Manufacturer used a "Gel-Cap", instead. Something durable and made for oily, smelly, sticky, Staining, liquids. But, that's just my opinion. The "Best By" Date on the bottle was good until March 2027, so they were not expired. I have used various brands of Bariatric Vitamins and Supplements since my Gastric Bypass Surgery in 2003. Some good, some expensive, and some that didn't provide the balanced nutrition that is required ("for Life"), after Bariatric Surgery. But this is the first time I've ever purchased Bariatric Vitamin Brand of such Subpar Quality, even though the Customer Reviews were very good. Maybe I just got a Bad Bottle? Needless to say, I was very disappointed with this product. I wasn't able to return or exchange them because I was leaving on a 3 months long, remote job, in South America, and didn't have access to a "regular" Postal Service, due to location. Unfortunately, I could never recommend this Brand to anyone based on my experience.
