It is available in different flavors such as mint and strawberry which is liked by all age group. It also comes in fluoride and fluoride free versions. It helps in reversal of dental cavities in their early stages as it containes calcium, phosphate, essential minerals which help in strengthen enamel and reduce sensitivity. On the other hand it is a expensive product, and and not a substitute of your normal toothpaste /powder. It is not everyone's spoon. It is recommended to take your dentist view prior using it.

I use it for myself and for my child. The main feature of this gel is that it should be applied to dry teeth. After you brush your teeth, you need to wipe them and then apply. Saliva prevents the gel from penetrating the teeth. It helped me after giving birth.
