This is a very good headset. The fit is comfortable and loose enough that it does not put pressure on my head, even when worn for longer periods of time. The sound quality is solid both for Teams meetings and for listening to music on my computer, which makes it versatile for work and casual use. One thing that really stood out was the connection strength. I walked across the office all the way to the other side of the building and the audio stayed clear without any dropouts. The DECT and Bluetooth combination gives excellent range and flexibility. Overall, this headset is comfortable, reliable, and delivers strong performance whether you are on calls or just enjoying music. It is a great option for anyone who spends a lot of time on Teams or needs a dependable wireless headset for the office.

Almost a year with it and it is really good. I love the range, I can go to the kitchen while in a call. I use it with a Mac and no issues at all. Battery life is good and noise canceling is good. When my kids are around I ask the other person if they can hear it and they can hear very little, so noise cancelling is good

I used to use AirPods Pro (and they’re great)… until you’re on work Zoom calls in a crowded urban neighborhood and Bluetooth range turns into a daily game of “will my voice survive this trip to the kitchen?” The Yealink WH64 fixed that for me. I’ve got the base plugged into my MacBook via USB, and the difference is immediate: I can roam anywhere in my house—and even outside—without my call turning into robot soup. It’s the first headset I’ve used that feels like actual freedom instead of a fancy leash. Two things make it a winner for Zoom work: Range that just works. No drama, no dropouts, no “can you hear me now?” pacing. Boom-mic mute/unmute is genuinely useful. Swinging the boom to mute feels obvious in the best way—fast, tactile, and hard to mess up mid-meeting. It’s not perfect: docking it on the charging base could be easier. It’s fine once you get used to it, but I occasionally do the “is it seated… is it charging?” ritual. If you’re on Zoom all day and you’re tired of Bluetooth range roulette, this is an easy upgrade.

Worked for 2 hours and quit! Seller won't respond to my message and Amazon won't let me return the item after several agents told me i could.

It doesn’t come with very good instructions but I was able to google it and found a video to show all the options. Great sound and easy to use.

Great headset for work use so far! Very comfortable on the ears and great sound quality. Only drawback is that there doesn't seem to be a customer service link for individual users (only businesses customers). I have a flashing light on the charging stand that I wanted to ask about, but cannot seem to find a number/email to use that doesn't require that I have a business account.

These seem pretty good, but my goodness do my ears get hot. There is no cooling at all and no air flow.

Ich habe lange überlegt, ob ich mal ein Headset von Jährling ausprobiere. Habe sonst immer nur die Cabra Engage Serien im Einsatz. Ich muss sagen, das Headset steht der Premium Marke in nichts nach. Es ist super verarbeitet, es hat eine super Funkqualität und lässt sich einfach installieren. Ein kleines Manko ist, dass er die verbundenen Bluetooth Geräte immer mal wieder trennt, so dass man sie vor Benutzung wieder kurz neu verbinden muss, aber damit kann ich leben, dafür ist es über 100 € günstiger. Ich kann das Gerät nur jedem empfehlen.

After running through multiple headsets this one has been solid. My partner works from home as a call centre rep and needs a reliable headset to take calls. We've gone through several cheap, and a few expensive wired models from the big name brands - these all stopped working thanks to either my cat who believes the rubberized coating is delicious or internal wire breakages causing the headset to disconnect when moving in certain ways. This headset resolves all these issues. We got the teams version which also registers as a default windows sound device so it works with my partner's work software. After setting up the dock the first impressive aspect is that it uses standard (replaceable) USB C and DC Barrel power adapters in case any curious cats want to go for it. After connecting the base we set it up on our personal computer, installing the configuration software and updating the firmware, we also made sure to connect the headset itself with USB C and updates it's firmware as well. The configuration is saved on device so no special software is needed on her work computer. The best thing about this headset is that it uses DECT and not Bluetooth for it's wireless connection which has been 100% rock solid. No disconnects, no connection issues, or degraded calls. Reliable enough for a call intensive job. We haven't tested the headset's additional Bluetooth connection but it's a nice fallback or additional option if we wanted to take a call on a standard cell phone. The battery lasts multiple days and charges fast so forgetting to dock it isn't an issue either. Docking is easy simply guide the headphone down into the dock, though I wish it used more of a cradle system with smooth contact points; this one gets the job done. I am extremely impressed with this headset and will likely pickup a second one for my own setup so I don't have to use my bulky gaming headset for the odd call. I wish the quality and finish of the headphones was a bit better but these are nice, light and don't feel like they'll fall apart and not enough to dock a star.
