Good and affordable simple project
A very good, surprising and simple setup to explain the magnetic Levitation concept to kids. This package has all the necessary items to set the small project. Surprisingly it has also got nice manual and some spare items too. I liked it and enjoyed with my family to set it up and finally made it to work. For people who think this does not work, see the video I posted. You just need to be patient and try different settings with magnets. It will work nicely. Just to clarify about the rotating pencil in the video - It does not rotate itself, you would need to blow air from your mouth to make it rotate. Else it will just lavitate without rotating.

Good for kids, but need adult to set it up
Good for kids above 6, but need adult help to understand the steps and set it up. Ok for 160/- The pencil stays up due to repulsion from bottom magnet and also it's sharp point presses against a vertical plastic board.

Brilliant way to demonstrate Maglev technology
I had little hopes for this project when I bought it for my 6 year old granddaughter; I am happy to say I was wrong and the propeller is rotating perfectly, suspended in an anti gravity magnetic field. For a 6 year old, assembly is a challenge and I had to do most of it. But she understood the concept once she understood that magnets repel as well as attract. She was familiar with the attraction bit. She thoroughly enjoys making the pencil rotate though and when it blows off once in a while, is adept at keeping it back in a floating position. Brilliant little project and extreme value for money.

Best toy for your kid to understand about magnets
Best in price and useful one. To the seller / manufacturer it would be better if you give a fixed stick without pencil along with right dimensions.
