It is just as described - a protein-packed bar that keeps you full for about 3-4 hours if you consume the entire bar. The bars are quite thick and large, so I have just half, and that keeps me full for 2.5 hours. It is a good post-workout snack, not overly sweet at all so the sweeteners do not overpower the dark chocolate flavour and you can clearly see the other nuts and ingredients on it. I would recommend this if you need something rich in protein to keep you satiated after a workout, without the high sugar content usually found in other products of the kind.

Amazing product with a 20g of protien , relishing taste , easy to digest . You feel very light after eating this and still very energetic . One bar before work out and you can have good 1 and half hours workout . The intake in between meals also help in completing the protien intake along with blend of vitamins through out the day . Hope to get transformed from Max protien in this lockdown . 😇💪

This product is absolutely amazing. I workout everyday and I cannot wait to eat a max protein bar as my postwork out snack. It has a very good balance of protein and carbohydrates. It is very filling and has the potential to curb all unnecessary cravings.It even has essential vitamins. I have tried other protein bars but nothing gives me the satisfaction as a max protein bar. My problem with product was taste.... They are providing you with just the right serve you need to get/keep that shape of yours for you busy schedule... But taste is a thing for me, it was ok but in between comes somehting thay smells and tastes weird... thats a major turn off for me and the reason why I won't buy it again. But you might like it, its something really great ready to eat product for someone with the busy schedule. I say have a taste check for yourself, if it just melts in your tongue or taste is just not that big deal for ya then its definately worth it.

So I used this bar once and I find that the bar is actually tasting good. One workout bar came free with the pack inside which was additional bonus. Overall, the bar is fulfilling but, I would have loved if it served as a meal replacement option. I did try it once but after couple of hours you'll start to feel the heat. Anyhow it is a good and healthy snack replacement and can be eaten post work-out. Bars are packed nicely and shelf life is good too.
