Read a review explaining how to use it - it does truly work but you need to not submerge it in water as much as you can - wet skin and then use. Amazingly soft skin.

Don't buy this. Low quality product. Within a month I've to dispose off it. I just used twice and its torn.

It is easy to use and does remove dead skin and I use it weekly once and physically saw a difference in skin smoothness and tanning it is easy to clean and store and the quality is good
