I’ve been using this mix for about 2 years and it took a learning curve and experimenting to figure out what works and what doesn’t. First thing is the different flavors are great but my favorite is the sour cherry. I like that when you’re going through the learning curve everything is fixable and no unnecessary waste. The secret is to use a whisk and whisk like crazy as specified by the times in the instructions. When you add your oil it’s important that you stir until the oil is absorbed and the mixture is somewhat creamy. Experience teaches what the right consistency feels and looks like but using the directions from pack you will be successful. When it comes to increasing the potency via additional oil then some minor changes are needed. I can say I’ve added up to doubled the amount of oil with no consistency issues. I’ve added a cup of oil to maximize potency but added a little unflavored gelatin to help hold it all together. My friends and I enjoy the rewards this stuff creates and you don’t have to be a rocket scientist but it probably would help.

The LEVO Key Lime Pie gummy mix was absolutely delicious. I could taste every element of pie - the tart curd filling, cream, and notes of pie crust. It is my new favorite gummy flavor tied to Tart Cherry. I will buy Key Lime Pie many many times! The texture is soft, the flavor is big, and is so easy to infuse. I can't wait to buy more.

5 stars for quality flavor and ease of use. These packets (I've tried watermelon and lemonade) are really easy to put together, just add a little water and your choice of infused oil. You can use a dropper to fill gummy molds or pour it over the mold and use a spreader to level off the contents in the mold. It also releases easily from silicone molds. My infusion was made with coconut oil. My only complaint is the price. This is twice what it should cost.

Look at Step 5 on the package I received (photo attached) vs what is shown on the product details page. Mine says "Mix 5-10 minutes" which is missing ftom the product details page. I dutifully performed this step but after 5 minutes the gelatin had set and it was too thick to load into the molds. The resulting mass stuck to the bottom of my pan in an impossible mass. Not sure what to do about this mess. If you bought this product hopefully this review will save your batch. I lost the mix, my MCT oil blend, and my time. Very frustrating evening that was supposed to be fun. It escapes me why they would sell stock with badly misprinted labels to their customers. I want a return but not sure WHAT to return. Terrible way to treat your customers! Next time I'll make the candy base myself and trust my brain over some careless companies bogus institutions. Zero stars if I could.

Are you like me? You've spent a LOT of time making gummies through the years following some very good recipes? One day while scrolling through Amazon (my home away from home) I came across the Levo Gummy Mix. I do not have a Levo machine, but after reading the directions online, I decided it was easy to follow the directions by hand and it would save me time. You will need to empty the contents of the envelope, add water, and add juice or other flavorings and stir, stir, stir. That part was easy enough. I found it all incorporated nicely and was easy to make. After that, you will need to pour, spoon, or squeeze (if using a candy dropper) into the mold and then put into the fridge. I found I could not use a dropper as the mixture was too thick. I ended up using a teaspoon measure and not filling it completely. The waiting game came next and that ws the hard part! After a few hours, it's time to remove from the refrigerator and sugar. Sugaring is suggested to keep the candies from sticking to each other, You'll need to press on the back of each molded piece or insert a very thin knife around the top of the candy and it should just fall out. Once all are out, drop into the sugar. I use "Sugar in the Raw" because I like to see the sugar grains and I also add a _little bit_ of citric acid for tartness. Careful! A little goes a long way. This product only got 3 starts from me because I found it to be very expensive and it did not produce the amount of candies specified on the package. It said it should make about 64 pieces, and I only ended up with 48. Of course, that could be because of the mold I chose, but I figured I'd mention that.
