Pathetic product. Return was also not accepted on first day
This toaster body gets so hot that one cannot use it. I asked for return many time and eventually today the return process finally got cancelled as I am unable to use it. Entire money was wasted as amazon was also not responding to the return request. Very complicated return process. No person called or came to pick this parcel even once.

Poor quality.. no auto pop-up. Whole toaster gets heated up and can cause serious burn

Toaster is ok but body becomes very hot
The first one I ordered tripped the entire electric circuit in the house. The replacement one is working ok so far but the body becomes extremely hot. Such design flaws not expected from a brand like Philips.
