Q: How to reduce bubbles in resin？

Tips To Prevent Resin Bubbles 1.Warm your resin before casting.using a water bath to warm it 2.Mix resin slowly 3.Let the resin sit for 5-10 minutes before pouring. 4.Work in thin layers.we recommend pouring in layers,the maximum thickness we recommend pouring is 1".

Q: Can this be used for a deep pour?

This is casing resin, medium viscosity. You could pour 2 inches thick in a small mold, if you pour 2 inches thick over a massive piece obviously it's going to create more heat and the potential for suck back or shrinkage.So max of a single pour: no more than 400ml recommended.

Q: Can this expoy be used on tumblers

Tips for making tumbler 1.After mixing our resin,let the resin thicken for up to 10-20 minutes befor you add it to the cup. Fish eyes may be caused by the resin being too thin to stick to the cup. 2.Make sure you have enough epoxy on the cup over paint or glitter.Add 10mls to the size cup so a 20 oz use about 30 mls. This is just a reference, if fish eyes appear, add a little more.
