Just got it today and it appears to be good quality and well insulated. However, installing the frame may be one of the hardest and most frustrating things you will ever do. I followed the directions and couldn't get it inside the bag. Wound up taking it back apart and building it inside the bag. Took a bit of muscle but its sturdy. Not flimsy at all. The top closes securely. The divider and cup holders are nice. Haven't used them yet but they look like rhey will do the job. Rating a 5 even though I had the problems with the frame because if it easily slid in as instructed it wouldn't be as sturdy.

I’ve been using this delivery bag for a while now for my Uber Eats runs, and it’s been a great investment. It’s large enough to fit a wide variety of orders—even pizzas—without any problem. It holds a lot of items and fits well in both my car and on a motorcycle, which makes it super versatile for different kinds of deliveries. The material is strong and waterproof, so even if something spills inside, it doesn't leak out. It also does a great job of maintaining food temperature, whether it’s hot or cold. I really appreciate the built-in drink holder—it helps keep cups stable during transport, which is a must when handling multiple orders. If I could improve one thing, I’d add a sturdier cup holder insert shaped specifically for takeout drink cups to keep them even more secure. But overall, this bag has been reliable, practical, and a great companion for food delivery work. Highly recommended!

If you do food delivery services, or even just need something to get the food home warm/cold this is a must have. Super easy to install, the rods could be tedious but its well the worth the hassle getting them in. Can fix two big orders or even multiple small ones, so storage wise excellent. The quality is up there for sure and its very durable.

Love it very nice with the magnets to hold lid down and rod frame to hold bag shape . Worth every penny spent

This bag works great for food deliveries and is really stable. The completely adjustable Center piece is great too keep things from tipping or separating hot from cold stuff. I have it installed on the back of my e-bike and the magnetic lid latch makes loading and unloading a breeze! Highly recommend!

Read the directions and take them very seriously when they say to clean off the rods. I’m fairly certain they’re made of fiberglass. It’s a pain in the neck to assemble and the magnet latch does not work at all but it seems like a fairly decent product otherwise.

First Review - Updates coming later along with more photos. it took sometime i use my imagination to figure out how to get the last pipe in the hole, what i did was at the edge that would not go in, would not sptreach almost gave up thinking it was defective size, i pulled up on the pipes pulling it out almost to 1 side then got the pipe in hole and push that side down and bam working box. i printed out my own sign to place inside oof i printed the words off the side oh well not like anyone will care or notice not gonna waste more ink to correct 2 letters that you can clear use common sense to read. i went with a lighter bag as my other bag was just to big for this bike. my other bag was the PK-140Z 20" x 20" x 20" but just to weight for the bike and also just not been getting a lot of orders to justify carrying it for late orders putting wear tear on wheels tire and battery Update 2nd Review after a week not yet got pizza as a delivery and it was bugging me that i still dont know if a pizza would fit, so i went out got myself a pizza and yes a 14 inch pizza fits perfectly, have to tilt it to get it in but it fits YAY! so no more stressing.

Very nice bag. I'm using this on my can am ryker rally 900 to deliver for Doordash. The only issue I have is, 2 of the long poles are too long so I'll have to have them cut to fit inside of the bag. Just noticed the bag is too big.
