Bought this for those dishes that you start cooking on stovetop and finish in the oven, and, presentable enough to take directly to the table. Used it already to cook a decent size whole fish. No problem with sticking and easy to clean.As usual, another gorgeous piece from Le Creuset. I’m running out of storage space with my burgeoning collection!
