Damaged capsules
I guess it's not proper product. Capsules are damaged, product causing stomach problems while with such low mg. I used to take 2000 mg of other brand and it never caused any issue. Going back to old brand

Not recommended for acne prone skin!
This product doesn't describe the ratio of myo inositol to d chiro inositol. I used it for 4 days and it gave me breakouts. Not recommended for acne prone skin!
