Still taking it.
I’m still taking it and does improve my aches and pains plus energy levels increased. Few ingredients is what I look for in a vitamin.

B12 vitamin worth taking
This B12 vitamin is small and has no effect on an empty stomach after taking. It has been easy to swallow and Ive had no adverse reaction to taking it. I feel like it works well and will continue to purchase it on a subscription basis for my dietary needs, I would definitely recommend this brand to anyone who is in required by their Dr to take a good B12 vitamin.
