I have been trying medications, supplements, sleep patches, and magnesium spray to help me get to sleep and STAY asleep. My search is over. I received my bottle yesterday and took one capsule about an hour before bed. I didn’t take any other sleep aides, including my 3 oz of bedtime coffee to counterbalance my adhd. Well, I slept. I didn’t wake up and check the time, or drink some water, or scroll on my phone, or move to the couch because I couldn’t fall back asleep. I dozed off around 10pm and wasn’t aware of time again until 7am. I woke up feeling light and refreshed for the first time in years. If I weren’t so happy, I’d probably cry from relief. I can hardly believe I finally found an effective solution to my problem; it has been so long that I’ve gone without uninterrupted sleep. The capsule is on the larger size, but it’s easy to swallow with liquid. It doesn’t seem to have a strange aftertaste. Time for me to plan out stocking my shelves with this ashwaganda complex! UPDATE 1/13/25: Unfortunately, it turns out I’m one of the very few people who is allergic to ashwaganda. I went to my doctor with a horrible body rash that looked like chicken pox. She said it was an allergic reaction. The only thing new in my diet was this supplement. Since stopping the supplement, the rash has completely disappeared. I still stand by my original rating and review.

Honestly I did not perceive any changes in me. Perhaps I will need to buy it consistently for couple of months to see changes.

I have been taking this for about 2 Months and I feel better. It is not a WOW factor but overall my energy is better.

Je viens de recevoir ma 2ème boite via l'abonnement, pratique car j'aurai oublié de repasser commande avant la fin du premier flacon. Pour ce qui est des effets, c'était assez rapide, puis graduel, on sent que ça se consolide au fil des semaines et que chaque molécule se révèle différemment pour une sensation globale de mieux-être (en plus de bonnes pratiques dans l'hygiène de vie). Les premiers jours j'ai ressenti le syndrome des jambes sans repos, j'ai failli arrêté la prise mais j'ai persisté et l'effet a disparu après 7-10 jours. À voir sur le long terme.

Para mí, un producto muy recomendable, a mí me a ido super bien, después de sufrir muchísimo estrés, al punto de tener alopecia areata por todos lados de mi cabeza, aparte de estar como super desconcertado, empecé a tomarlo y al cabo de unas semanas....todo volvió a su sitio, el pelo empezó a crecer sin mas, después de 4 años sufriendo las alopecias y tema concentración una locura, super centrado, aparte que la calidad del sueño mejora muchísimo, descanso super bien y me despierto mejor, para mí un producto que ya no puede faltar en mi vida., no genera dependencia ya que yo mismo cuando mejore dejé de tomarlo y e vuelto después de tener que afrontar ciertos problemas personales que me generan muchísima ansiedad y estrés, gracias a este producto consigo estabilizar mi ansiedad y demás, muy bueno para estas situaciones la verdad al menos en mi caso, espero ayudar con mi reseña.
