Cooling feels experienced. Will update the review after using it for a while

I ordered this as I used to feel my eyes burning lot of times. The first one that came had some black kind of substance with gel hence replaced it. The second also had it but lesser than first. I understand that this may be a regular thing with this item. Work fine. You have to refrigerate (not freeze) for 15-30 min and you should be able to use it for around 15min. Soothes eyes burning and comfortable to wear. Attaching pics of both products that shows the black material with gel.

I use it for hot compression on eyes. Helpful for dry eyes condition. I immerse it in hot water to hear it up. The quality is really good. I have been using it for a month. It's soft on eyes. And it comes with a band to tie it around your head to keep it fixed.

Good one. But after continuously using for 1.5month it's little gel started coming out of it.
