A period MUST
I need these every time now. They help me so MUCH. When I have cramps and need to sleep I just put one over my high waist undies. Helps me sleep SOO well. Reduces so much pain and when I wake up 8+ hours later it's still warm. In my experience they last about 8.5 -10.5 hours. They're definitely worth it. Way more convenient than a heating pad.

Amazing heat patches!
These are a life saver, I have pretty bad cramps and I use these on day 1 and 2, it makes a huge difference! They are very comfortable for me to wear and they get very hot. I stick them on the outside of my underwear and it last all day. They heat almost immediately, I put my hand on it for extra heat when needed. Highly recommend these!

Worth the price comfortable and effective!
At first, I thought this was a bit pricey for just three patches, but it’s definitely worth it. I can use them all day while working, and they’re not bulky at all just soft and comfortable. Each individual patch is large enough to wrap my tummy perfectly, which makes a big difference. I love how effective and convenient they are, and I’ll definitely keep using them!
