Outer cover tored up in 5 days
I purchased my first in 2020 and that is still in use. But; The one which i ordered lately.. The cloth tored up in a matter of 5 days.. and i cant use it anymore. When i called customer care, they say that the outer cover is not sold separately and doestnot covers in warranty!.. Crap experience!
