The one I am using is my first bottle and today I ordered 2 more bottles. I am a fitness freak and an engineer. I started taking it because of my increased cortisol and headaches. In my first week I was taking 1 tablet just before bed and then from second week onwards I have been taking 2 tablets before bed and man I must say that this is a good product. I don't know what people has given it such bad reviews but here are the benefits which I have seen and these are not just mere slight benefits but drastic benefits. 1. My headaches are gone and I can work for long hours without any stress 2. The best benefit I have seen is that I can workout like crazy.....which I think is a result of my increased testosterone boost. This is my honest review of this product. With price as low....I don;t think you should think trying it atleast once. Take it before bed. You should see the benefits from second/third week onwards.

Items is satisfactory and suits my requirement

I am taking these for the last few days and I can feel the difference with no noticeable side effects. I was a regular buyer of Ashwagandhá on this site before the pandemic but from Sinew of 500mg which also helped me to ease my stress. The herb surely helps to control the cortisol levels within the body and this in turn from my personal experiences keeps you away from gaining anymore stress weight. I guess it also promotes a healthy weight loss if taken along with a healthy diet, not stressing about daily exercise to fit into cluttered lifestyles. And I can guarantee you that these tablets work, definitely not a placebo effect, as I can feel a drastic change in my mood calming all my senses immediately within an hour or so. I guess that's because it's a strong dosage of 850mg and me being a small light eater, it's takes on my body and mind a fast affect; but all in a pleasant way as I feel totally relaxed getting a serene sleep wiping out any anxieties before going to bed. I remember the ones with the 500mg would also make me optimistically energetic and I believe once I get used to all the intense tranquility this 850mg has to offer, that upbeat energy will also begin to slip-in into my system. Besides, the Summers heat this year is way too draining. To conclude, this food supplement undoubtedly does its wonders as claimed and I truly needed this after the last few hectic years I somehow managed to survive! I say it's a must for those who get tired each day living through their city's overly bustling distractions (loud constructions, air pollutions and crowded areas), plus dealing with busy routines and also to cope up with mean, ill mannered and just discriminating humans in general! And the best part is in it being Ayurvedic. Just go for it, guys. Ps: An extra bit I would like to add based on the confusions created by other reviewers; I received two bottles with easy to swallow 60 tablets each that I even counted from one to have 120 in total and on the backs it's clearly mentioned 850mg. (Just can't believe, people go complaining even about that little vacant space in those lovely handy sized earthy green welcoming bottles. How petty!)

The bottle is big & the tablet qty is not more than 1/3rd. Why waste plastic?? Why mislead people? You can mislead only once. When I buy, I see the no. of tablets, not the size of bottle. I loose confidence on the product, when I notice such mentality of any company. Also, as its not a capsule, there is certain type of smell in each tablet. Not so strong, but it does exist.
