I get several types of acne the worst of which is fungal acne, and also get whiteheads/blackheads. I can't use traditional skincare products because fungal acne/malassezia (feeds on oils/esters/lipids and tends to occur on forehead/nose/neck/back). And I can can't use most acne products because it still grows in oxygen so benzoyl peroxide doesn't work and salicylic acid just doesn't address the root cause. This helps my bacterial acne without triggering my fungal acne. It also seems to be very gentle, I can leave it on my skin all day and no dryness or irritation. I am glad they didn't include any fragrances because those also trigger my breakouts - if you want fragrance just add your own. I just wish they used butylene glycol instead of propylene but it's still one of the best acne preventing product I've found for my problem skin. It just seems like a great acne preventing product with no useless ingredients. My skin is sensitive to almost everything so it's hard to find products that clear my acne without causing another problem.
