High Power Tyre Inflator (ML-12266)

I've been using the MICHELIN High Power Tyre Inflator for over a year now, and it's consistently impressed me with its speed and reliability. Whether I'm topping up the tyres on my Maruti Brezza or handling the larger wheels of the XUV700, this inflator performs effortlessly. It delivers quick inflation with minimal noise, and the build quality feels solid and durable. A must-have for anyone who values convenience and peace of mind during road trips or daily commutes.

I bought this after my last Tyre inflator conked out after 13 years of service. It was a cheaper Chinese one, but it still lasted long. On the other hand, this one is quite sturdy and well-built. At 3.5k it is expensive compared to other units you get but performance is much better I believe. I use it on my Innova. It fills the air much faster—from 28psi to 35psi in less than a minute. It doesn't get heated up or make too much noise. The cables are big enough. It comes with a pouch so easy to carry. Much smaller than what it looks in a picture. Smaller than my previous one. The digital gauge is very accurate and matches my TPMS readings exactly. I always carry this on long drives. Overall very happy with the Quality.

The build quality of this product is solid. Its heavy unlike other low cost, cheap, lightweight Chinese tyre inflators. Wire length is 300 cm (approximately 10 Feet) and air hose length is around 2 Feet so it will reach all the tyres of your car. It requires 12 V DC, 7.5 Ampere power supply to operate. Since all the cars come with 12V DC, 15 Ampere cigarette lighter socket this will definitely work with any car. Procedure to Operate: 1) Start your car first (If you don't it will put heavy load on your cars battery and it may get drain) 2) Connect the cigarette lighter plug of inflator to the cars cigarette lighter socket 3) Connect the air hose of inflator to the tyre. As soon as you will connect the hose to your tyre the current tyre pressure will be shown inside the digital display. Using the +/- buttons you can set the desired tyre pressure (Pay attention to the unit of pressure) 4) Press the big yellow On/ Off button. It will start the inflator. once it reaches to the desired pressure it will momentarily stop. However wait for some time. It will start and stop 4/5 times to ensure accurate tyre pressure. 5) Finally when it stops completely again press the big yellow button to turn off the inflator. (If you forget to press the button and start unscrewing the air hose from tyre; the tyre inflator will start again since it senses pressure drop at the outlet.) Advantages: 1) Digital display for the tyre pressure readings as well as setting the desired tyre pressure. 2) Readings available in 3 different units (PSI / Bar / KPa) 3) Solid build quality 4) LED lights to operate this device in dark conditions 5) One cigarette lighter port and one USB port available on this device so that you can use it as a extension board also 6) Comes with a carrying pouch inside the box 8) Takes about 1.5 minutes to fill the air in a sedan cars tyre from 20 PSI to 33 PSI. 9) Definitely faster than the cheap tyre inflators. 10) Auto cut off function. You just need to set the desired tyre pressure and the device will automatically stop after reaching to that pressure. 11) Comes with 1 year warranty 12) Comes with two attachments to fill air in inflatable things such as foot ball, inflatable sofa / bed / pillow etc 13) Pressure sensor is very accurate. Accuracy is +/- 1 PSI Disadvantages 1) Little heavy (but that is because of the solid construction) 2) If your tyre pressure is more than the recommended pressure and if you want to reduce the tyre pressure you have to manually remove the air from tyre. It will not remove air from the tyre automatically (Well no portable tyre inflator has this function so can not be said as a disadvantage) 3) Price: I got this for 3800 Rupees which is definitely on the higher side as compared to the Chinese tyre inflators but quality justifies the price. It is still working almost after an year. But this can be used to fill the air in the air but if the tire is completely FLAT, this pump cannot pump air.

The Michelin 12V programmable micro inflator is a compact and user-friendly device with a preset pressure feature, capable of inflating tyres from 0 to 35 PSI within the company’s specified time. I am satisfied with this product because it is original and performs exactly as described

very good and reliable. only downside is it takes time to fill the air.

I purchased this item in August 2018 and it roughly cost me ~₹4050 then. It fits within the hollow created in the spare tire rim and does not take up additional space in boot. It has travelled 90000 kms with me and has served very well for regular top ups of. I specifically recall its invaluable use during one emergency top up from flat tire at near midnight hour. Highly recommended for longevity and reliability and accuracy.

For such a small package this is a remarkable little machine. I use it for maintaining the tyre pressures in my motorbikes and it inflates effortlessly and way quicker than I expected. To add a few extra psi takes just a few seconds and it stops exactly where you programme it. I was a little bit worried about how noisy this was going to be, but again a pleasant surprise. It's actually very quiet! This is a great little unit and I can't speak more highly of it. Forget going to service stations with inaccurate gauges and get yourself one of these instead. You won't regret it. Note: This runs off a cigarette lighter connection, so if you want to use it like I do (at home in the garage) you will need a 240V to DC 12V adaptor. There's tons out there to choose from but I use a RoyPoy converter and they work together like a charm.

Purchased this because we brought one pump from local store, before this one simply dont work, it was very loud, and low quality, can feel the difference of quality when have them side by side. So instead go gas station or work shop all the time. We can now measure and pump the tire pressure from our house, convenience, easy to use, very fast inflation. Husband used to top off 4 tires with an ease, the pre-set function works like a charm. Set it and stop when pressure researched. Michelin quality really speaks itself and comes with a nice storage bag. Power cable long enough to reach all 4 tires, has little LED night, very bright, help shine the tire valve in dark. Thinking buy another one to put in our other car.

Prodotto di qualità, con una pompa sufficientemente potente per gonfiare ruote di grandi dimensioni (provata su pneumatico di SUV cerchio 17), ma con un assorbimento che lo rende utilizzabile ancora tramite la presa accendino, senza bruciare il fusibile. Le dimensioni sono sufficientemente compatte. Il Sistema di attacco alla valvola a vite non è pratico come quelli a molla (di altri modelli). Si perde un po' d'aria avvitando il raccordo e ci si sporca più facilmente per la laboriosità dell'operazione.
