Ordered this muscle gainer for weight gain. You can mix the scoops as directed however, if you do not exercise regularly, the intake must me in control - preferred one or 2 times a day depending upon type of activities carried out physically. Helps gaining proper body structure along with proper diet plan. Also received a good quality shaker and good in taste once you shake well

I came across this product from muscleblaze which is a mass gainer i decided to give it a try. At first i thoufht it is just the same as any other mass gainer. however, as I started using the product and consuming it i could see the progress in my body i gained muscle mass quite efficiently and with proper diet i was able to gain mass value as well muscle mass. It helped me reach me my goal of gaining my desired muscle mass. So.. i very big shout out to this product for helping me reach my goal.

Review: MB Mass Gainer (5kg) I used MB 5kg Mass Gainer for weight gain, but honestly, I’m not satisfied with the results. After finishing the entire 5kg pack, I gained only 1 kg. That much weight could have increased naturally with a normal diet as well. Considering the money spent, the results were not impressive at all. I did not notice any significant muscle gain or major physical change. It felt like a waste of money. In my opinion, increasing daily calories and protein intake through regular food would give similar results without spending so much on this product.

No scoop in the box !

The product is too good. Same as shown in advertisement. Easy to digest and works well plus taste is also good. But if you have any medical issue avoid it completely because it can trigger it more.

The product was good and the taste is also good if uh don't like it then uh can take it with milk. I used this for gaining weight but it didn't suit me and i was also not doing exercise. I had ulcer problem (i used to have 1 ulcer a month) but while i consumed it, it becomes worse. I was having ulcers whole month(2 in a week) and also it takes time to recover. I was also taking small amount of it (1/4th of scoop per day or a bit more than that). So make sure to exercise daily and also it suits you or not. If you want to gain weight without having gut issues then increase your calories by taking natural things. I'm getting the results of calorie surplus, I gained 6 kg in 2 months by doing it. So use some apps to measure calories and eat a lot, do exercise or yoga and gain being healthy. Don't use this things if uh have any kind of problem like Pimples, ulcers, digestion etc. Get some good diet, eat upto 2300 calories if ur weight is 48kg and if uh want to increase it fast uh can go upto 3000 but increase it gradually from 1800cal. To 3000 cal.(take 3 months to come to 3000 cal.) Here are some things which i am taking - banana, peanut butter, chapati, vegetables, milk, dates, sprouts, bioled potatos, sattu powder. You will definitely gain 12 - 16kgs in 6 months.
