Excellent piece of kit for a good price. Have only used the trimmer so far but it did what I wanted with no trouble at all. One small item, the chainsaw drive gear cover was cracked slightly when I opened the box, the manufacturer asked me to send them a photo via my mobile and they immediately sent a replacement. Would highly recommend the product and the Company as their after sales response is fantastic.

Well made and sturdy. Starting was very easy. Did exactly what it said on the tin. One small problem was that the assembly instructions were not very clear so that putting it all together was more difficult than it ought to have been. On the whole,it it good value for money.

Received the item in good packaging and spent 2 hours setting it up as per instructions. The engine wouldn't start despite having the correct fuel mix and priming the bulb 5-6 times so fuel was in the carburettor. Having had a non-multi tool type of tool before using a similar 2 stroke engine I knew I followed the steps, and checked and re-checked the electrics were working, the spark plug was in and replaced the fuel for a new batch. Took it to a specialist garden tool repairer who said that the choke switch on these machines is labelled BACKWARDS!!!. The OFF for choke is actually ON!!. That's why it wouldn't start I flooded the engine with the choke off. Left it for 2 days and had the choke in the correct position (switch all the way up) and after 5-6 rapid pulls it started. One other thing he mentioned is with these machines they come from the factory with NO GREASE in the Hedge Trimmer gearbox. So use it for 30 mins and the gearbox will thrash itself. So he greased it using the 2 grease nipples and it works. Be aware it's advisable to give this a quick re-grease these after every 30 min run so be warned that you'll need a good grease gun. The machine itself operated quite well but the chain on the pruner gets stuck a fair bit, so be sure to do 2 cuts when cutting branched more than 3 inches in diameter. Once it's up and running it's a decent tool but not as good as an individual hedge trimmer, Chainsaw and strimmer would be. However take into account that quality products of each of those will set you back between £60-£120 each and you're looking at spending 2.5 to 3x the cost.

Had machine for 18 months, it was ok for the first 3 months then the fuel tank guard broke off. Shortly after this the vibrations from the engine kept loosening the screw for the air filter, even afyer using lock tight to fit this back in I end up losing the air filter while using it. Recently it started to over rev while idle and over heat and smoke out of the engine. When I took it to get repaired I was told the crank shaft and casing was cracked and the exhaust manifold had split. The mechanic said this was due to being a a poorly built machine. Both me and the mechanic could not find spares for the engine. I have now brought a mitox multi tool which is much more durable and lighter and easier to get replacement parts.

Excellent quality at a great price

The Nemax MT22 comes as a kit which you have to assemble. The instructions are easy to follow and the user manual is very good. However, when I tried to assemble it, there appeared to be a small part missing and so I emailed the seller. They apologised and were very helpful and the part arrived in a few days. The machine has now been used and it is excellent. Problems like this sometimes happen but with such good after sales service I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Prodotto eccellente, nonostante sia veramente a buon mercato, e complimenti alla casa produttrice per la sua serietà e professionalità. L'utensile infatti mi è stato consegnato sprovvisto di catena per la motosega e con il gruppo contenente la cordicella di avviamento danneggiato da probabili urti in fase di trasporto; ho segnalato il problema ad Amazon che puntualmente ha contattato il venditore il quale ha provveduto immediatamente alla spedizione di quanto difettato e mancante. Che dire... è partito al secondo colpo e si è distinto subito per la sua potenza, sia con l'accessorio per falciare, sia con quelli per la potatura. L'ho utilizzato per circa un'ora e non ha dato alcun problema; rispetto ad altri attrezzi simili ma ben più costosi che ho avuto, l'ho trovato parecchio "assetato", ma nell'insieme mi ritengo soddisfattissimo, almeno per ora. Di nuovo complimenti ad Amazon e alla casa tedesca per la serietà.

Je l'ai réceptionné ce midi par le livreur UPS très sympathique. Bien emballée et second carton d'Amazon. Montage facile en suivant les instructions. Manuel clair en français et bien traduit. Livrée avec sa pochette d'outils. Premier essai avec la lame avec la moitié du réservoir : Elle coupe superbement les herbes hautes. Second plein et passage au fil: C'était excellent, bonne coupe net ( La bobine contient de quoi faire un long essai si vous n’êtes pas en moteur bourrin avec l'accélérateur à fond (attention au rodage). Prévoir une bobine complète de rechange, j'avais précédemment acheté du 3mm qui passe tranquillement. Pour le prix j'en suis content: - Bon équilibre de la machine si vous réglez correctement le harnais et la boucle sur la débroussailleuse. - Elle a fait le job. - Pour sa période de rodage j'étais à mi-gaz voir 3/4 de gaz, le temps de passer 3 pleins et avoir un rodage correct. Juste deux bémol: - Il manque un point sur le graissage de la tête dans le manuel. - Machine à utiliser par une personne supportant le poids, sinon il faudra passer sur un modèle avec le moteur dans le dos.

Pour une utilisation de temps en temps le produit est parfait. Facile d'utilisation et les têtes interchangeables sont géniales. Consommation très faible ce qui permet de ne pas refaire le plein toutes les 5 minutes
