I bought these because of their high protein count. As people age, they require more protein and it’s difficult to get protein when leaning towards a plant based diet. They bars are tasty, filling, and a great treat to throw in your purse for when you’re hungry of the go for a little something. Quest makes many similar high protein products - most of which I love. I purchased these on Subscribe and Save to ensure I’d always have them at hand.

Great taste. I think it has the lowest sugar of any bar. That is probably why they cost more - well worth it to me when I am unable to get any other protein source...
