This is HIGH stim! Might aswell be licking the can, or spend an hour on the dusty showbiz. Not for the faint hearted. Decent focus though n great taste.

This is easily one of the best pre workouts on the market. The price is slightly on the higher side compared to others but you get exactly what you pay for, high quality, good pre workout. It keeps you energised throughout the workout and has no come down and just the right amount of tingles.

Excellent pre workout, had many times before off other sites but great to see it on Amazon with prime next day delivery. this pre workout really can’t be beaten as it is strong, lasts for a long time as it has every type of caffeine. it is also very effective as it contains other ingredients such as amino acids that help with bloodflow to the muscles. It also tastes great and is nice to see an unusual flavour as most pre workouts are boring ‘blue raz’ flavour. love rich piana, love his pre workout. would be good to see more flavours available on here!

Brilliant pre work out. Probably one of the best I’ve used. I don’t use all the time and I use another pre workout along side it. Use once or twice a week when I need the extra energy and boost

Taste not the worst but not worth the price as there are cheaper on market that does the same if not better
