Does exactly what it should

Why did you choose this product over others?: Good quality

I was assured by the sales patter that this product would function on my HP Envy 7830 printer. Neither cartridge worked because the HP aura knew they were third party cartridges. I followed all the instructions given by the supplier, but no joy. The only blessing is that I could return them without any problem, and to receive a refund.

Very hard to use for the first time as you need to remove the top please of plastic to make it fit in the area its needed.This is not in the instructions but once done they fit and work very well. Now I know it will be easy.

Funzionano perfettamente. Non ci sono stati problemi di riconoscimento da parte della stampante, e la mia è molto sensibile e se non sono più che originali hp non le accetta. Per l'effettiva maggiore durata, non so, le ho usate ancora poco.
