Mic for Hikvision IP Camera, No Power Required Microphone, 5m Omnidirectional

I have this mic working with my Reolink RLC-432 PTZ camera. The audio is clear but has quite a lot of background interference noise. There This camera provides ~3.3V at ~0.4mA across the audio in jack and I assume this is how the mic gets its power.

Couldn’t get this to work. Bought another from elsewhere and that worked fine. Contacted seller but they couldn’t be bothered to reply. Not a very good experience at all and I’m still out of pocket.

I just connected this microphone to the CCTVMAN, PZT camera, and it works really well. Clean, clear audio, no noise, crosstalk from the CAT7 cable! GREAT. So, GREAT, this "MIC for Hikvisio IP camera" is the answer. YES it's 5x the price of the powered mic, BUT it works, out of the box, and means I can tidy up the cables feeding to the camera, remove all the bulky tape and screening foils, that didn't work reliably anyway.
