I personally think these are the best vitamins I have ever used or come across. I have the MTHF Gene deficiency, as well as 2 others and these gave me my energy back. I was having twitches and spasms that I thought was early signs on Parkinson and turned out to be folic acid. Highly recommend to anyone wanting to do vitamins. This has so many vitamins its like taking a whole set in one pill.
