However, midway through the trip, the lock got jammed, which was quite inconvenient.Thankfully, Amazon customer support was very helpful and responsive. I contacted them, and they quickly helped process a return and refund for the item. The seller also refunded my money without any hassle, which I really appreciate.Overall, I would’ve loved to keep using this bag if it hadn’t been for the lock issue. I hope the seller addresses this defect because the bag itself is otherwise a solid travel companion.
