This Alka-Seltzer product is wonderful. Easy to chew or just let fizz in your mouth. Very effective against cold and flu symptoms. Great product. This product is very convenient when you’re away from home after using it for a while I found two things out, one is to limit it to solve in your mouth. It will first of all work quicker and it will not upset your stomach. First time I tried it I chew them in my stomach hurt and it took a while before it took affect. This is how it worked for me it might be different for other people, but like I said, it’s pretty darn good product to have when you’re on the go.

This is the best cold and flu otc you can buy. It helps almost immediately. I gave it to a principal who had a speech after lunch. He took it at 10.am. He was sweating. Sneezing and runny nose. He looked horrible. The meeting was a success. He was thrilled I gave him it. Love that this is chewable now. I will Keep it in my car by the side of my bed and some on my purse. Seriously I’m a registered nurse and this produce is so so so good.

Great! They really don't fizz much, and I got these for a science experiment. So, that didn't work so well. But I used the rest during a bout of sickness, and they serve their real purpose well.
