I have had a lot of chairs in my 62 years for gaming. I only had one that was pretty good and it was from Staples believe it or not. It was comfortable, had adjustable armrest and was QUIET. Well this one just BLEW that one OUT OF THE WATER. I bought this one a few months ago and didn't want to review it until I had it for a bit because we all know how "great" the new chair is until you actually use it for a week lol. Well this one you can bank on as its as close to perfect as I have ever had. In fact I had to learn how to use all the features and dayum, these features are nice. This chair is QUIET and I weight 200 lbs and can physically fall on it and it won't snap or creak!!!!! The headrest is crazy adjustable, the foot rest is solid and comfortable. The cooling is only air but it does what it says it does and does it well. The heater, well it effing heats!!!! Love it!!!! You need to plug the USB in to work or do what I did and bought a small power bank. The heater is efficient as I have only charge the small power bank once. It fits in the pouch in the back of the seat. Now for the best bit. I am a gamer and armrests are important when you play with the mouse and keyboard. You can adjust these I swear a million different ways and makes the gaming enjoyable and much less fatiguing!!!! I can not say enough good things about this chair. I guess I could say its a bit stiff when you first use it but give it some time to soften up with use. It was easy to assemble and all the tools etc are included to get it together! Only time will tell if it will last for a few years but right now I am extremely happy!!!!

It is as advertised. It is a nice chair. Many adjustment options leads to a comfortable gaming session or 2 hour movie. The lumbar "automatic adjuster" is my go to. When i readjust, click that and it conforms to you. That with the armrests being so adjustable as well as the nice feel makes it great to me. The mobility is also a plus the wheels are good and functional. I mean its a $600-$700 chair. It shines in the room

The chair is not comfortable, the backrest does not recline automatically, it is fixed. The footrest is very short. A lot of money for what it offers.
