This pizza dough proofing box is a fantastic purchase—absolutely worth the investment. The smooth interior surface makes it easy to remove dough, even after several days of fermentation. I use a plastic scraper or spatula, and the dough lifts cleanly, which is essential—sticking dough can ruin the structure you've carefully developed. I am not sure why I thought these came with six different compartments. It kinda looked like that in the picture. But it’s not necessary anyways. This works great for the purpose intended, which is preparing your dough a day ahead of time. It is not airtight, but it doesn’t need to be.

Product worked well. Although lids do not lock, dough balls did not dry out and they released from the smooth surface easily. Held 6 280g dough balls easily after proof. Nice fridge size and price.

You get 2 for the price of one, good size and they proof the dough very well. I wish the top locked but other than that they are great products. Definitely recommend.

These boxes are good at being boxes. They box just fine. I use it for (liege) waffle dough and for pizza dough. No dough has complained so far.
