Hello I purchased your watch from Amazon due to all the positive reviews. I like the watch but really need to track sleep. Everywhere I have looked says the sleep parameters are 9 to 7:30. But nothing about how to change them. I typically sleep from 7:30 or 8 pm to 5 am. So my tracking has only been a few hours. How do I change the parameters? Thank you so much

I got the watch after checking its features and reviews - initially skeptical, but positively surprised - all the ""health features"" seem to be accurate, the synching works flawlessly, battery life is approx. 3 days in between charging, the app is also easy to work with - you can even initiate ""health checks"" from it. I decided to buy a 2nd one and - guess what - the 2nd watch is also flawless - highly recommended...
