My cats love this water fountain, and the humans in the house do too! Our cats were always jumping on the sink and wanting to drink water from the faucet stream requiring us to wait until the cat quenched its thirst. With more than one cat, who has time to do that so often a family member would open faucet, walk away and forget to come back to turn it off! We bought our first one and some of our cats were hesitant to use it but I trained the cats to drink out of it by placing the fountain in the sink. Now I can place anywhere in the house and the cats go to drink from the fountain often during the day. The 3.5L is more than sufficient for even 4 cats with the water reservoir lasting for several days. Plus, you really do want to change and clean the water bowl often anyways. I have already purchased two and do prefer the one that is stainless steel all around. It looks sleek and is very quiet. The battery life is a couple of weeks, so you don't have to be recharging often. The only problem I had was that the pump went out on one of the fountains but I contacted customer service and got excellent support from Joanna. She answered my emails promptly and at first offered some advice to thoroughly clean the pump and components, to try to reset the battery, etc. She asked me to follow up and when I told her I tried all her recommendation with no avail, she wrote back saying FeelNeedy would send me a new fountain! I have been recommending this fountain to all of my friends and neighbors.

Price finally went down enough for me to afford. Mr. Sassypants took to it right away, but he likes water and I find him playing in it. I love the water indicator and the quietness. So much better than others I've tried. The little sponge on the pump will help preserve the filters a little longer if you rinse it each time you fill the basin. I also drop an ice cube in it occasionally because he like his water ice cold Battery life: Do far so good. Only took 3 hours for initial full charge. I like that you can remove it with ease to charge. Functionality: Easy assembly and filling Ease of cleaning: Clean the little sponge in pump when you fill basin. It helps the filter last longer Fountain quality: Excellent and quiet Water retention: Other than my cat playing it, it's as it should be

Easy enough to set up and take apart to clean. My kitten is wary, because he's never used a fountain before, and he loves cords so a cordless option was ideal. The sensor option is great and the reservoir holds a ton of water. The top even holds a bit of water so if the sensor goes out there's still some to drink

I like that the battery is separate from the pump and can easily be charged while leaving the fountain intact. The downside is that I have a couple of cats that wrestle with the spout and often pull it off of the base. Then they can separate the drinking plate from the base and make a mess with the water. I wish the separate battery could be incorporated with the bubbler-type of fountain which would be ideal! Aside from this, having a water fountain versus a water bowl has proven to be very successful in keeping my pets hydrated. The water is always fresh & clean (no slimy film) and the movement of the water attracts them!

I purchased the FEELNEEDY wireless cat water fountain a little over a year ago. The fountain worked flawlessly until the LED light water level sensor failed. I contacted FEELNEEDY via WhatsApp and within 3-4 days of back and forth the issue was resolved and a new fountain was shipped to me. Product glitches happen and I have no complaints regarding the operation of the fountain and the quality of the filters that keep the water clean and healthy for my cats. I was extremely pleased with the help and attention I received from customer service and have no reservations in highly recommending this fountain to others.

I like that it is easy to clean, has a large capacity and runs without being plugged in. My 3 cats drink more with this fountain than the plastic one I had before this purchase. I like the motion detection for the water to flow. It was easy to put together and it is very quiet.

I previously purchased another brands water bowl and the motor died after a few months. I have reached out to them via email just as they asked since its under warranty and no response. Im actually glad bc this replacement bowl is fabulous. It is practically silent, looks great and perfect for my 3 pets.

Pro: Love the battery life, easy cleaning and noticeable red when water is low and encourages lots of water drinking Con: Only after a year the white wire inside is exposing wires :( I’m not sure there’s replacement parts
