The third section gives instructions for the yogic practices necessary for both asthma and diabetes. The fourth section deals with yogic research on both conditions, giving clinical trials and case histories, documenting yoga therapy camps for asthma and diabetes, and explaining the holistic approach to therapy and how yoga works.
