Helium Tank Latex Balloon Filler Valve

Unfortunately this product didn't come package as presented in the picture. When I tried to use it for a balloon job, I was left with a major crisis on my hands. As I was filling up balloons, I noticed when the helium tank wasn't in use I could hear the helium still coming out of it. I adjusted the valve several times along with the banquet coordinator, but we were unable to get it adequately adjusted. Luckily for me, the banquet hall had an extra helium valve I was able to use. I had to return this back to the supplier. They did provide me a credit without any hassle.
