Urine-B-Gone works very well at eliminating odors. The scent itself isn’t anything fancy — it smells like a typical household cleaner — but that doesn’t bother me since the odor disappears once it dries. I decant it into a spray bottle for quick spot-treating when my puppy has accidents, and it’s been very effective. I also use it in the laundry and add it to the bleach dispenser of my washing machine. It does a great job removing tough smells, including pet odors and lingering “teenager” laundry odors. One thing that initially threw me off was the opaque color of the liquid, but I actually ended up liking this feature. When stored in a clear spray bottle, it’s easy to visually distinguish from other cleaners, especially if you have multiple unlabeled spray bottles. Overall, it’s a reliable, multi-use product that I now keep on hand for both pet cleanup and laundry.

Amazing product! It is great for mopping floors and general cleaning. But what I was most impressed with is I used it in my carpet shampooer and it got out stains that had been there that other products only faded. It’s also a very clean smell.

I would give this 10 stars! I’ve used plenty of different urine/stain removers in the past 30 years, this one is by far the best. The only negative is it doesn’t have a citrus smell. It’s a bit perfumey, but being a person that doesn’t tolerate fragrances well, this one isn’t too bad. It smells a bit soapy, not too floral and doesn’t give me a headache. I’ve used it as a spot cleaner/deodorizer, as a supplement to my laundry detergent when washing my dog’s potty pads and in my carpet cleaner. Its ability to remove a stain is impressive. I have a senior dog who is unwell. She’s had a diarrhea accident and vomited on my living room rug. After removing the solid substance, I spray with Urine b Gone and within moments the stain starts to fade. I let it set around 15 minutes, wipe with a towel and spray again, this time scrubbing the rug in all directions, spray again, let set and scrub with a clean towel. I have attached photos showing those steps. I’ve used this on urine accidents on my hardwood floors as well. It leaves a bit of a shine to the floor if you don’t get it completely wiped up and washed away, but it definitely removes any smells. I absolutely do not tolerate smells in my home. This stuff is a life saver when you have pets. I highly recommend this product.

The citrus scented Kinzua Environmental Urine B-Gone, Professional Enzyme Odor Eliminator & Pet Stain Remover is a good quality urine cleaning solution with a pleasant but not overpowering scent. The bottle arrived without any leakage. The solution is not viscous which makes it suited for use in spray bottles. Where it is an enzymatic cleaner, you will want to keep in mind that you won't want to use it in conjunction with heat like you might use in steam cleaners or some carpet cleaners. Heat has the potential to denature enzymes that are there to handle urine. As someone with an aging cat that has accidents more often, I found that it works well with removing stains and odors when used as directed. Some heavier soiling may require some drenching and a 24-hour soak but it gets the job done. Safety information could be much better. First aid suggests avoiding skin contact but another part of the label suggest adding it to laundry. There is no indication of what the solution is composed of or active ingredients, just enzymes. You are referred to a website and a phone number for information on ingredients. I searched the website and the ingredients are not listed there. Although, in their FAQ, they state "UBG is eco-friendly and non-toxic when used as directed" and their marketing images state "Natural & Safe". Having to jump through hoops and being directed to dead ends for information is very inconvenient during a poison control crisis.

I was honestly shocked at the performance of this product. Cat urine odor was everywhere in this home. Carpeting through hardware floors. Spray on boxes. We followed directions and sprayed product throughout home. Floors walls boxes. It had a pleasant smell with application. Went back two days later and was surprised we could not smell cat urine anywhere! Subsequently the cat did spray in one of the rooms so we did another whole house application. Since then (3 months have passed), the cat odor remains gone and the cat has not sprayed in the rooms we needed to do.

The smell is overwhelming especially after you wait the recommended time of 15 minutes. Just thinking about it makes my head hurt. It did work to get out the smell but make sure to have very good ventilation and keep your animals away.

If you have animals in your house and they sometimes have accidents, this is a really useful product to have. It works exactly as advertised, is easy to use, and helps keep your home clean and fresh. Definitely worth buying for any pet owner!

We had a kitty who thought it was a great idea to pee in one of our rooms on the carpet. I tried other name brand stuff and it just didn't seem to get the smell out. I was getting so frustrated with the smell. So decided this was going to be my lost try before I called a professional to come in and take care of the carpet. I got it last night and used it right away! This morning I walked into the room and you cannot even smell the pee. The room smells like it was freshly cleaned! The price was great I thought for a gallon. Even better because it ACTUALLY worked. Package came sealed with no leaks. Very pleased with the outcome.

Brought a new kitten and she had an incident on my new mattress this product got rid of the smell aswell as the stain worked so quickly the stain started going as soon as i sprayed it all over and the smell has completely gone i got the citrus smelling spray and it works wonders i would 100% recommend this for any pet owners :)

This produc works very well! Spray area and leave for 30 min for best results I use hot water with my carpet vacuum cleaner to take away the spill or soiled carpet. Leaves a pleasant smell and cleans spots on carpet.

Purtroppo non funziona per niente con l'urina di gatto. Ho fatto tre interventi su un acciottolato, sfregando anche le fughe con una spazzola e lasciando agire il prodotto ogni volta per diverse ore, ma l'odore non è stato eliminato. Deludente.

You have to love this liquid for several hours to get rid of the smell. And even after that there is still a smell of cats urine
