Perfect fit
Replaced both upstream and downstream sensor and a 2013 Chevy Captiva on Tuesday and put in 900 miles on a trip from San Diego to Phoenix. Car ran better and the PO 137 code went away. Replaced both even though the code was for the downstream sensor. Great peace of mind replacing both with OEM AC Delco parts. Easy to install and saved over $400 in labor charges. Buy here, get it cheaper and super easy to install. Total job took less than an hour.

I had a P015A code kick on my check engine light on my 2015 Equinox. This part fixed it for me, didn't even have to open the hood. It does come without any plastic around it, just the part in a cardboard box but it worked great and was identical to the original equipment.

ACDelco 213-4768 GM Original Equipment Heated Oxygen Sensor
I bought two before (as there are two in the vehicle I was working on - upstream and downstream O2 sensors) One of them failed within a month, had to replace again (I replaced both though). While a PITA, certain percent of failure should be expected. So one star down for reliability. Other than that ACDelco usually produces good parts.

Had a code for the rear 02 sensor, bought this and it was an easy swap, no issues since.
