The pineapple flavor is pretty good. The gummies are on the firmer side but not bad. Easy to digest and don't cause any stomach upset.

Doesnt smell, tastes delicious and finally was able to get anemic daughter to be consistent with these! We take them every other day as per doctor, for better absorption.

Tastes great and got blood tested a few months after starting this and my Iron was really good and I have been anemic for a long time but its very sticky and hard to chew.

These Vegan iron supplement gummies were a complete waste of money. Despite the claims of energy support, I noticed absolutely no improvement in my iron deficiency symptoms, even after consistent use. The texture was unappetizingly gummy and stuck to my teeth, and the "natural fruit flavor" tasted artificial and unpleasant. Furthermore, the combination of vitamins C, A, and B seemed to do nothing to enhance absorption or efficacy. Very strong smell, made stomach upset, and no functionality of any kind. I'm incredibly disappointed and would strongly advise anyone looking for an effective iron supplement to look elsewhere.
