Review: boAt Rockerz 550 - My Honest Take I’ve been using the boAt Rockerz 550 for a couple of days, and here’s the real deal. First off, these headphones sometimes make random squeaky noises (like your ex for no reason 🤔). Build quality is somewhere in the middle - not too bad, not too good. The ear muffs are leather (I assume), and the headband is padded with leather too. Feels comfortable when you’re distracted (like stalking someone’s profile 👀), but when you’re not, the heat kicks in. Honestly, even my ex’s arguments didn’t heat my ears this much. The body is mostly plastic aside from the muffs. It adjusts fine, but the plastic feels like it could snap if you treat it the way your ex treated you. First time holding it, you might think it’s a bit fragile - and if you’re not used to headphones, it can feel heavy on the ears. Now for the sound. For music, it’s okayish - bass is there, casual listening works fine. But gaming? Wireless is a big nope. I used it to play Valorant - yes, that rage inducing game - and honestly, I couldn’t rely on it. With aux, it gets a bit better, but still not ideal for competitive gaming. If you want a cheap wired option, I’d even recommend something like the Fingers Sound Boomerang (₹300, gold version, still kicking). ⚠️ Also, public service announcement: this ain’t for watching "private stuff." Yes, you know what I mean. These headphones leak sound like crazy - even at mid volume, people around you will hear every "un-proper sound" . You could actually use it as a mini speaker, but don’t risk it at home with parents in the next room. Lastly, about boAt’s customer service - people say it’s bad, but in my case, they replaced my Airdopes Alpha in just 2-4 days. So not half bad from my experience. Overall verdict: The boAt Rockerz 550 is decent for music and casual use, but gets hot, feels plasticky, leaks sound, and isn’t great for gaming. Not the worst, not the best - just middle ground that leaking part yes it's real fact checked by your bro 👍

​I am extremely satisfied with my purchase of the boAt Rockerz 550. After using it for some time, I can confidently say it is one of the best over-ear headphones in this segment.

I had a same product in red colour whose quality was same as this one. Great at this affordable price but the thing where I was disappointed is the quality of aux cable. The aux I got previously had a mic and was of top notch but this one's doesn't have a mic and is made of plastic and is not upto the standard of headphone. Everything else is good including battery, I have been using it on bluetooth for 3 days now like 3 to 4 hours a day and it's still at 40%. I recommend buying this product but you need to get a different aux for mic and longlife.
