I bought this replacement remote, to replace the gray remote in the bottom left hand corner of the picture on the site, and it works perfect! This is an awesome little remote. The light shines really bright, the buttons respond very well, and there was absolutely no setup. Great deal for a great product!

This backlit remote was a replacement for a nearly 10 year old frigidaire remote lost somewhere in my apartment. I was doubtful that it would work, but it has been SEAMLESS and working flawlessly with my window AC unit. In fact, it is BETTER than the original, which was clunky and hard to see in darker lighting, while this is compact, fits NICELY in the hand, and is backlit which makes use at nighttime a breeze .... Even if I were to find the original fallen somewhere behind the couch or bookshelf or bed, etc, I will NOT go back and will continue to use this MUCH BETTER REPLACEMENT' instead. It has all the buttons / features of the OEM, and was reasonably priced IMHO.

No programming needed - batteries and it works - it lights up in the dark too !! Excellent
