I've had my last few rigs in the Lian Li 011 mini (OG version) so I need SFX PSUs. Prior to this I had the Cooler Master V850, which served me just fine for the last couple of years. However, recently I upgraded all my Corsair fans and AIO to the new LINK ones and the controller requires a PCIe power cable connection as SATA is insufficient for the power requirements. The CM V850 did not come with enough PCIe cables. Sure, I could have bought another cable but I'm actually glad I bought this Corsair PSU instead, it was definitely an upgrade over the V850. First of all, the included cables are braided and are very nice, that alone was worth it for me. In addition, the Corsair has 5 PCIe ports and includes 3 standard type 5 PCIe cables, 2 CPU cables, and a 600W cable for modern GPUs (this was a nice surprise for me when I opened the box, I didn't know it came with this PSU). That allowed me to get rid of the nVidia adapter I was using, which further cleaned up my case. All in all I'm very pleased with this PSU, its dead silent and the cables are amazing.

Replaced my cooler master PSU with this and it’s night and day on noise levels. This PSU is basically silent.

These are great units, and I appreciate the shorter cabling for SFF builds. However like some other reviews mention, I received a used item that was completely the wrong model -> Purchased the SF850 (2024), received an older SF750 (non 2024) in the SF850 box. Amazon was great about sending a replacement quickly, but each subsequent attempt continued to have issues (item was shipped in a bag and beat up, more used items, missing cables, etc). Perhaps you'll have better luck, but after my fourth attempt I gave up and bought locally instead. Be sure to check your received item carefully, including that it's the correct item, signs of use, and that it comes with all cables as described.

Great psu for my new build. Only complaint was cpu and motherboard cables were too short. It required me to buy an extension for my itx build.

The Small Form Factor has always been limited. Corsair was always the king in the psu space. To save a few bucks I tried another brand, it starts with Thermal..... the first unit was ear piercingly loud, not coil whine, but like a dog whistle for humans. Replaced it and the second unit did the same. Shelled out the few more bucks for the 2024 Corsair 850W and lost a few watts, but its and its perfect. I know most. if not all power supplies are made by the same 2-3 companies, but whoever Corsair is using, they picked the winner. Also it comes with 3 PCIE cables, unlike a few other brands.

It's a good PSU , but Amazon sent me a used unit when I ordered new. Luckily it worked but was missing cables. Many were already zip tied together and included cables from another PSU that didn't even work with the one I had. Luckily this was a very small build and had the basic cables I needed. Very annoying... Before you open your box double check it's new.

Corsair makes the best SFX PSUs. These (2024) models come with nice sleeved cables and type 5 connectors. Highly recommended.

Muy recomendable para ensambles pequeños, por el tipo de cable que tiene es muy fácil si orden y manejo. Pero solo la recomendaría si le encuentras en oferta como yo, ya que en su precio normal puedes comprar una de otra marca con más watts.

Extremely good PSU. Given the tight space and lack of heat dispersion in SFF cases, I think that this is the only functional SFX PSU that would work for enthusiasts setup in SFF.
