Really good product if you want to keep things moving. They are effective and not harsh on tummies. I regularly take two a day. Easy to swallow although I often just empty the capsule into my protein shake

These are absolutely superb for keeping you regular, my only complaint is that they're very large capsules and I've lost count of the number of times I've gagged them back up because they went down the wrong way. If you struggle with large pills, these are not for you.If they were half the size and you just had to take 4 of them, that would be much better. But on the whole, they're just about better than the bags of powder, because that stuff tastes pretty nasty and sticks to everything like cement!

This is a great quality, well priced fibre product. No funny smells or tastes. Mine came in a slightly different packaging but all other info checks out. The capsules are a reasonable size and go down easily with a but of water. I would say that it has improved my digestion, but make sure you drink plenty of water! The first few days I felt a bit bloated. The instructions say to take two with a meal but I find it better to take one in the morning and one in the evening to stay regular!

I normally take the 1400mg version without the probiotics - which I’ve been doing for over 12 months, but ran out before my next auto delivery and thought I’d try these in the meantime. I felt and saw a noticeable difference taking this version and would order again or even switch if the price came down a little bit. Same great quality as my usual, but more effective and yet gentle on digestion thanks to the probiotics.

Very handy and arrives in a timely manner. Much better value for money than other high street brands.

These did nothing whatsoever for me, apart from bloat my stomach after 5 days (was expected),. Medically advised to try them, but no noticeable change after 45 days, so why waste my money?

Ok so hear me out. Took one in the morning and one in the evening and on the same day my bowl habit has changed dramatically. I'm literally sat on the loo now and it's firm! I've gone the last maybe 3 years struggling with loose bowls and I thought wow I've had enough. Bought these and I am shocked at how quickly they have worked. No bloating as of yet, but will give it another day. I was starting to think I had IBS, but nope I just needed some extra help. If I need to remain on them for life that's fine with me as long as I can actually pass a normal poop without the constant slop, no thanks!
